A big hole is built
The fires are lit and the rocks are heated
The food is displayed........
.......having been lovingly prepared, and then cooked in the ground for a few hours being completely buried in soil (towels cover the food to stop the grit getting into the food)
And wallah! Lovely moist well cooked meat and veggies.
Another lovely night spent in the open.
